While we hope you like our products, sometimes things don't work out.
If our products are damaged or lost in transit to you, please contact us for details on how to get a replacement. You must keep the damaged products and packaging safe since they may be needed for an insurance claim.
For other problems with your order, just return it to us including a copy of your order number and a statement of why you are making the return and we will refund your money. For orders under $100, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest you ship using a method which provides insurance and proof of delivery. For orders over $100 and all orders for prints, you must contact us for shipping instructions prior to the return for this refund offer to apply.
Some items, such as Wood Spirit Licenses, are not returnable. Please see the product description for details.
