Release Forms
Our release forms are under legal review and should be considered as
samples only. There are three forms, each for a separate purpose:
- The Property Release Form. This form permits us to take pictures
on your property on specific dates. It is available as HTML,
WORD or PDF.
- The Permission to Publish Form. Use this form to grant us
the right to publish materials we get from you. You must be the sole
owner of the materials. It is available as HTML,
WORD or PDF.
- The Model Release Form. Most of our work involves pictures
of natural settings or structures. When pictures of people are
involved, particularly when it is not in a public space, we need a model
release form. It is available as HTML,
WORD or PDF.
If the subject is to be a minor, some additional language is required on
this form: HTML, WORD
or PDF.
