PERMISSION TO PUBLISH

USA Aloft agrees that except to modify the materials to work with its Software, the Materials will be presented substantially “as-is.” In particular, USA Aloft agrees to maintain copyright notices or other attributions contained in the Materials.

Neither Owner nor USA Aloft represents that the Material will work with USA Aloft’s Software.
